Summary: We checked in and the keys were unable to be activated so security had to let us in to a room in which the door was pretty much stuck needing force to open and close. But worst of all, the room smelled like animal pee. And no new room was offered. This hotel has gone downhill.

Summary: Lovely option for a stay on Staten Island. Quiet, clean, spacious rooms! Friendly service/front desk! If you’re coming in from out of town you need a car to get here. Lots of parking, although a good amount of cars parked in the lot are purposely taking up two spaces.

Summary: The staff and property are awesome. My experience with Expedia was questionable. I booked a two queen room and unfortunately the hotel was not able to accommodate that needs so I had to sleep on a roll in bed. Although the staff was above and beyond, trying to accommodate, it was not their fault.
